Spanish language school are free of charge for our students.

Dance Class
This class meets every Tuesday at the school
from 4:00 to 5.30 in the afternoon. Students learn to dance Salsa,
Merengue and Festejo (Students should register in advance).
Walking Tours of Miraflores
Students can meet as a group at the school on
Thursday and follow routes of interest close to the school, related
to culture, commerce and history.

Language Partners
This program gives students a way to make local
friends and to improve their Spanish in an informal setting. The
Spanish language school will arrange for students to meet with
a Peruvian who shares their interests; they practice Spanish with
them, and the Peruvians practice English with our students. Students
need to have a good command of English in order to participate
in this program, but they do not need to be native speakers. Participants
decide the schedule, location and frequency of their meetings.
Volunteer Opportunities
 In
both of these locations, volunteers from the Spanish language
school work to involve kids in sports, arts and crafts and English
classes, or they help out with duties at the center:
- Posadita del Buen Pastor. A hospice for women and children
with HIV.
- Hogar Niño Jesús de Praga. A home for children
whose families cannot support them.
